Personal data stored when using the online shop

When you order items via the online shop your personal data will be stored and used to deliver your goods with Parcelforce, UPS or Royal mail. The data will be also stored on the invoices for the usual company record keeping which is required by law. This information is kept both in printed and electronic form. You need to explicitly opt in by ticking a box in the checkout menu to allow your data to be stored electronically in the shop’s database.

Paypal might also offer anonymous payments where you won’t need to enter your e-mail and you can pay straight away with your credit card. Your right to request, amend and delete your personal data

You have the right to request the personal data we keep about you free of charge. You have the right to know where this data came from and the reason why we store your data. You can request any time to have your data deleted or corrected from the online customer database on this website or do it by yourself by logging into your account. However we need to retain certain data by law, in particular invoices, quotes and anything required when running a limited company in Scotland/UK.
